quick serviceairport transferants in room
the breakfast included many options. staff provided quick and genuine service. i also booked the airport transfer. the price was reasonable and the ride were comfortable.
i found ants in the room. they were on the table with the coffee and tea. it started at 8am and woke us up.

i booked a halong bay cruise through the hotel, and everything was seamless. airport transfers were easy since the hotel arranged everything for me.
i wish i knew about it beforehand since it woke me up.

the location was great for exploring the surrounding area i could easily walk to many interesting spots breakfast offered a good variety of options with tasty local dishes i especially liked the pho. the staff were very helpful arranging transportation and providing useful tips for my visit to the area.
my room was quite small i had limited space to store my belongings the lighting in the bathroom was not ideal it made it difficult to see while i was getting ready.

Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues
small roomweak water pressure
The room was quite small. There wasn't much space to move around or unpack properly. I also found the water pressure in the shower to be very weak. It was difficult to have a quick and efficient shower. The breakfast area got crowded, it made getting a table a bit stressful.
